1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、UNLISTED（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
ユーザーは本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. サービス概要
本アプリは、ユーザーが音声コンテンツ（楽曲等）を投稿し、他のユーザーがアプリ内課金（In-App Purchase）により購入できる仕組みを提供します。
購入済みコンテンツは本アプリ内で再生でき、ユーザーの操作によりファイル書き出し（ダウンロード）できる場合があります。
3. アカウント
- 本アプリは「Appleでサインイン」を利用する場合があります。
- アカウントの不正利用が疑われる場合、当社は利用停止等の措置を行うことがあります。
4. 投稿コンテンツと権利
- ユーザーは、投稿する音源・画像（ジャケット）等について、必要な権利（著作権・原盤権・利用許諾等）を保有または適法に取得していることを保証します。
- ユーザーは、第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツ（無断転載、違法なサンプリング等）を投稿してはなりません。
- 当社は、運用上必要な範囲で、投稿コンテンツを本アプリ上で表示・配信するための非独占的な利用権をユーザーから許諾されるものとします。
- 投稿コンテンツの権利は、特段の定めがない限り投稿者に帰属します。
5. 禁止事項
- 著作権等の知的財産権、プライバシー、名誉等を侵害する行為
- 違法行為、またはこれを助長する行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、サービス妨害等
- 本アプリの不具合を悪用して利益を得る行為
6. 通報と削除
- ユーザーは、権利侵害や不適切なコンテンツを通報できます。
- 当社は、通報の有無にかかわらず、必要と判断した場合、コンテンツの非公開化・削除・アカウント制限を行うことがあります。
7. 購入（In-App Purchase）
- 支払いはAppleの決済機構を通じて処理されます。価格、請求、領収はAppleの規約・ポリシーに従います。
- デジタルコンテンツの特性上、法令で認められる範囲を除き、購入後の返金は原則としてAppleの手続きに従います。
- 購入の復元（Restore Purchases）により、同一Apple IDでの再ダウンロード等が可能な場合があります。
8. ダウンロード（書き出し）機能について
本アプリは購入済み音源をユーザーの操作で書き出しできる場合があります。
書き出されたファイルの利用（外部再生・配布等）は、投稿者の許諾・各種権利・法令に従ってください。
9. 免責
- 当社は、本アプリの完全性・安全性・特定目的適合性を保証しません。
- ユーザー間または第三者とのトラブルについて、当社は責任を負いません（法令で制限されない範囲）。
- クラウドサービスの障害等によりデータが表示できない場合があります。
10. 規約変更
当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of UNLISTED (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Overview
The App allows users to upload audio content (e.g., music tracks) and enables other users to purchase content via In-App Purchase.
Purchased content can be played in the App and may be exported/downloaded by user action.
3. Account
- The App may use “Sign in with Apple.”
- We may suspend access if we suspect unauthorized or abusive activity.
4. User Content & Rights
- You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights (copyrights, master rights, licenses, permissions) for any audio/artwork you upload.
- You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights (unauthorized copies, illegal samples, etc.).
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App as necessary to operate the service.
- Unless otherwise stated, ownership of your uploaded content remains with you.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Illegal activity or encouraging illegal activity
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, interference, or disruption
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for gain
6. Reporting & Removal
- Users may report infringing or inappropriate content.
- We may remove, disable, or restrict content/accounts at our discretion to protect users and the service.
7. Purchases (In-App Purchase)
- Payments are processed by Apple. Pricing, billing, and receipts are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are handled by Apple except where required by applicable law.
- Restore Purchases may allow re-access to eligible purchases using the same Apple ID.
8. Export/Download Feature
The App may allow you to export/download purchased audio files via user action.
Any external use (playback outside the App, distribution, etc.) must comply with the uploader’s rights, licenses, and applicable laws.
9. Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users or third parties to the extent permitted by law.
- Content availability may be affected by cloud service outages or errors.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
