PortraitWide プライバシーポリシー

PortraitWideは、ユーザーの動画や顔・人物の検出情報を開発者の外部サーバーへ送信しません。動画の再生および顔・人物の検出は端末上で処理されます。
1. 写真・動画へのアクセス
PortraitWideは、ユーザーが選択した動画を再生するためにAppleのPhotos/PhotoKit機能を利用します。iCloud上に保存されている動画は、Appleの仕組みを通じて再生可能なデータが端末へ提供される場合があります。
2. 顔・人物の検出
SMART機能ではAppleのVisionフレームワークを利用して、端末上で顔や人物を検出し、表示位置やズームを調整します。検出結果を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。
3. 端末内に保存される情報
表示モード、再生速度、SMARTのズーム設定、動画ごとの再生位置など、アプリを使いやすくするための設定を端末内に保存することがあります。これらはPortraitWideの外部サーバーへ送信されません。
4. データ収集・広告・解析
現在のPortraitWideは、開発者による広告配信、ユーザー追跡、外部分析サービスへの個人データ送信を行いません。
5. 第三者サービス
動画へのアクセスやiCloudからの取得にはAppleが提供するシステム機能が利用されます。Appleによるデータの取り扱いについてはAppleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
6. 変更
機能追加や法令・サービス変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページを更新します。

Privacy Policy

PortraitWide does not upload users' selected videos or face/person detection data to the developer's external servers. Video playback and face/person detection are processed on device.
Photos and Videos
PortraitWide uses Apple's Photos/PhotoKit technologies to access videos selected by the user. Videos stored in iCloud may be delivered to the device through Apple's services for playback.
Face and Person Detection
SMART mode uses Apple's Vision framework on device to detect faces or people and adjust framing and zoom. Detection results are not transmitted to the developer's servers.
Local App Data
The app may store preferences such as viewing mode, playback speed, SMART zoom settings, and playback positions locally on the device.
Data Collection
PortraitWide currently does not use developer-operated advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics to collect personal data.
