プライバシーポリシー
Hook Player（以下「本アプリ」）は、Apple Musicを利用して音楽を検索・再生・発見するためのiOSアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリの開発者は、氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号、位置情報など、利用者を直接特定する個人情報を収集しません。
本アプリは、機能提供のためにAppleのMusicKitを利用し、利用者の許可のもとでApple Musicのライブラリ、再生可能な楽曲、検索結果、おすすめ、最近再生した項目などにアクセスする場合があります。
2. Apple Musicデータの取り扱い
Apple Musicに関する情報は、音楽の検索・表示・再生・キュー操作など、本アプリの機能を提供する目的で使用されます。これらの情報を開発者独自のサーバーへ送信して保存することはありません。
Apple MusicおよびMusicKitにおけるデータ処理には、Appleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
3. 端末内に保存される情報
アプリ設定など、一部の情報を利用者の端末内に保存する場合があります。これらはアプリの動作や設定保持のために使用され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。
4. 広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、第三者広告SDK、第三者アクセス解析SDK、ユーザー追跡を目的とするSDKを使用しません。また、本アプリの利用データを広告目的で第三者へ販売・提供しません。
5. 第三者サービス
本アプリはApple Music / MusicKitを利用します。Appleによる情報の取り扱いについては、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. データの削除
本アプリが端末内に保存した設定等は、アプリを削除することで端末から削除できます。Apple Music側に保存されている情報については、Appleのサービスおよび設定が適用されます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集する機能を提供しません。
8. ポリシーの変更
機能追加や法令・サービス仕様の変更に伴い、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページを更新します。

Privacy Policy
Hook Player is an iOS app for discovering, searching, and playing music through Apple Music.
Information We Collect
The developer does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or precise location.
With your permission, Hook Player uses Apple's MusicKit to access Apple Music content necessary to provide app features, which may include your music library, playable music, search results, recommendations, and recently played content.
How Apple Music Data Is Used
Apple Music data is used only to provide features such as search, display, playback, discovery, and queue controls. Hook Player does not send or store this data on a developer-operated server.
Local Data
Some app preferences may be stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to a developer-operated server.
Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Hook Player does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs, and does not sell user data.
Third-Party Services
Hook Player uses Apple Music and MusicKit. Apple's own terms and privacy policies apply to Apple's processing of information.
Deletion
Locally stored Hook Player data can be removed by deleting the app. Data managed by Apple Music remains subject to Apple's services and settings.
